Requesting Court Records
Did you know that the Clerk’s MyeClerk contains millions of court records available for review or print non-certified copies for free? Consider searching court records online prior to submitting a request. Online documents are available from 2009 to present for most case types.

Court records not available on our MyeClerk website can be requested online, by mail or in person. Due to the volume of records requests we receive, it can take up to 10 business days to process your request. Some Court records not available on MyeClerk may be available online in room 150 at the main courthouse.

If you are party on a Family or Mental Health case, you may register online to obtain additional access to the case. You will be required to complete an affidavit that must be notarized and returned to the Clerk’s Office, either online, by mail or in person. Once we receive the affidavit and verify that you are a party to the case, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address, and you will be able to log in for increased access. This must be done for each case that you are a party to. Click (here) to begin the registration process.
