Orange County Courthouse
Parking is available in the courthouse parking garage and on the street with metered parking. There are two entrances for the parking garage, one on Orange Ave. and the other on Magnolia Ave. A fee is required to park in either the courthouse parking garage or on the street with metered parking. A parking fee schedule is available from the City of Orlando.
Those using public transportation can avoid the parking fee and jurors can bring their parking ticket with them for validation.

All of our locations are passport application centers.
We work on behalf of the U.S. Department of State to process passport applications. Because of this, there are two separate fees to be paid when applying for a passport, one to the U.S. Department of State and one to the Clerk’s Office, with different accepted forms of payment for each.
Accepted Forms of Payment - U.S. Department of State
Personal check, cashier's check or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State.
Accepted Forms of Payment - Clerk’s Office
Cash, money order, cashier's check (payable to the Orange County Clerk of Courts) and all major credit cards.
Additional passport requirements include:
Proof of citizenship (one of the following):
- Certified copy of your birth certificate (must include parent’s full names)
- Certificate of naturalization
Proof of identity (one of the following):
- Valid driver's license
- State identification card
For complete details, visit the

In some instances, valid photo identification is required in order to view certain case information.
If You are a Party to the Case and Wish to View Physical Court File
You are required to go to the division in the courthouse where your case originated and present valid photo identification to request the physical file. For example, if your case is criminal in nature, you must go to the Criminal Division to request to review the file. The same applies for Civil, Family, Probate/Mental Health and Traffic cases.
Requesting Juvenile Case Information
Due to strict confidentiality laws regarding juvenile cases, information regarding juvenile cases can only be made available to the juvenile, parent or guardian, attorney for parent or child, and select government officials with valid photo identification. Case information cannot be given over the telephone.
All requests for juvenile case information must be accompanied by a legible copy of photo identification.
The Ninth Circuit Court Administration manages the juror process for Orange County. If you receive a jury summons by mail, please review the information carefully. If you have questions regarding jury duty, please visit the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court website or call 407-836-2206.
