Self Help Center - Schedule an Attorney Consultation


• All Tuesday attorney consultations will be held on-site at the Orange County Courthouse, Suite 340, 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando 32801 effective February 11, 2025.

• Attorney consultations scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be held via the Zoom online meeting application.  

• After scheduling your appointment, please check your email (at the email address provided) to verify that you have received the confirmation. For Zoom Online appointments, you will receive an additional email 24 hours before your appointment that includes your web link.
 

 Welcome to the Clerk’s Self Help Center online scheduling system. Click the "Schedule an Appointment" button to begin the process. You will be asked for your case type, length of appointment (from 15 minutes to 1 hour), and preferred date and time. Please have your credit card or bank card ready to reserve your appointment time.


Services are available to all persons who are or will be parties to a Family Law case, a Residential Landlord/Tenant case or a Small Claims case and are not already represented by an attorney. The assigned attorney can only assist with the above mentioned case types. Cases such as criminal, traffic, expungement, guardianship, probate, real property or foreclosures are not handled by the center. Attorney consultations are available and may be scheduled in 15-minute sessions, for up to 1 hour per day, per person.

The cost for an attorney consultation is $1 per minute. A credit card processing fee of $1.50 is added to each attorney session. Questions about scheduling an attorney consultation? Please call 407-836-6300.
