Notice to Cancel the RFP Solicitation and Intent to Award a Bidder - Website (UI/UX) Re-design Services

RE: Orange County Clerk of Court RFP Solicitation

Please be advised the Orange County Clerk of Courts (“OCCC”) has canceled the proposal solicitation for Website (UI/UX) Re-design Services.  The determination to issue this Notice to Cancel the Solicitation was entered based on a business evaluation of competing priorities and internal resources.

This Notice of Cancellation was posted on November 22, 2022, to the Orange County Clerk of Court website at: 

www.myorangeclerk.com

Pursuant to subsection 2.2 Submission Questions, Clarifications, and Responses of the proposal, OCCC may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject any and all, or parts of any and all proposals; re-advertise this RFP; postpone or cancel the solicitation at any time.
