At some point in our lives, we have to endure the unexpected loss of a loved one, and with that comes the business of settling their affairs. Whether through natural progression or as a result of a medical emergency – death is never easy, and the probate process can be difficult to navigate especially if advance directives are not clarified.
Through this forum, we hope to educate our community on the probate process and the available resources to start their estate planning efforts.
