Self Help Center - Schedule an Attorney Consultation
Welcome to the Clerk’s Self-Help Center online scheduling system. Click the “Schedule an Appointment” button to begin the process. You will be asked to choose a service, select an appointment type (ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour), specify the location, and indicate your preferred date and time. Please have your credit card or bank card ready to reserve your appointment.
Services are available to all persons who are or will be parties to a Family Law case, a Residential Landlord/Tenant case or a Small Claims case and are not already represented by an attorney.
The assigned attorney can only assist with the above mentioned case types. Cases such as criminal, traffic, expungement, guardianship, probate, real property or foreclosures are not handled by the center.
Attorney consultations are available and may be scheduled in 15-minute sessions, for up to 1 hour per day, per person.
The cost for an attorney consultation is $1 per minute. A credit card processing fee of $1.50 is added to each attorney session.

Interpreters are not provided for the attorney/client consultation. If you require this type of assistance, please be sure to make your own arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment.
ATTORNEY APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
- Mondays and Tuesdays – In-person appointments are available at the Downtown Orange County Courthouse, Suite 340, 425 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801.
- Wednesdays and Thursdays – In-person appointments are available at the Winter Park Courthouse, 4037 Metric Drive, Winter Park, FL 32792.
- Fridays – Appointments are available virtually via Zoom online meeting.
- Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. Virtual appointments will receive a second email 24 hours before the appointment containing the Zoom link needed to access the online meeting.
- Please note that our attorneys cannot assist with completing paperwork directly. However, they are available to answer questions regarding your documents. Document review will be based on the duration of your scheduled appointment.
