Pay a traffic ticket online (telephone)

You may pay a traffic citation online using the Clerk's Interactive Voice Recognition System, with a Visa or MasterCard by following the directions below:

• Before calling the telephone number below, have a copy of your citation available, along with a credit card or Bank Debit card(Visa and MasterCard logo only).
• Call (407) 836-6000
• Follow the instructions to reach the automated payment option.
• You may pay the traffic fine in full or, if eligible, select the school option with payment of a reduced amount.
• See Chart of Traffic Fines for school amount.
• A $3.99 convenience fee will be added to the total payment.
• After paying by phone, please wait for your confirmation number before hanging up.

Tip: This system processes your payment request by using the keypad on your telephone. The system will instruct you to enter your citation number by using the keypad on your telephone.
