Thank you for visiting the Orange County Clerk of Courts website statistical reporting section.

The Clerk of Courts operates as the information hub of the justice system. With millions of documents to manage each year, I take this reponsibility very seriously.

One of the most important areas of data collection is within the criminal justice system. As a member of the Orange County Chairman's Jail Oversight Commission, I recognize that we can help leaders within the system understand how the system is performing by providing data for analysis. Orange County Chairman Rich Crotty agrees and has asked that this office move quickly to provide this information. The report format has been presented to the County's Criminal Justice Public Safety Coordinating Council (CJPSCC) and is now generated monthly with a quarterly summary.

I invite you to review this data. There are additional indicators of performance that can be included, however, we had to limit our initial efforts to the data that could be captured electronically. In the coming months, we will be addign additional data, analysis and comments to make this finformation mor meaningful. As always, I welcome any suggestions.
